Assessment includes defining specific behaviors and determining which environmental factors have an affect identified behaviors.
What to Expect
Initial assessment typically includes 3 separate observations, interviews with the individual and other members of the individuals care team (if applicable) in order to provide the reason why identified behavior(s) are occurring.

Consultation
Consultation includes both assessment and basic recommendations.
All basic recommendations are based off of assessment results and are shared with the individual and care team (if applicable).

Caregiver Training
Caregiver training encompasses all of the above listed services. It is more comprehensive and involved in order to achieve the best outcomes for each individual served. It includes assessment, behavior plan development and training.
What to Expect
Initial assessment typically includes 3 separate observations, interviews with the individual and other members of the individuals care team (if applicable), and an assessment report.
Behavior plan development utilizes the information from the assessment report in order to build an individualized plan that all included can agree on and adhere to.
Training includes review of the behavior plan, modeling techniques, observation and feedback, data collection, and follow-up.

SUpervision
This service is for those seeking supervision hours through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in order to accumulate hours towards their Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential or to maintain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
Experience and Structure
The BCBAs at Exceed Behavioral Health have experience in serving those across the lifespan as well as high frequency/intensity behaviors.
Once a supervision contract is in place, BCBA candidates and RBTs looking for supervision hours will meet at least once weekly with their assigned supervising BCBA.
*Based on availability, group supervision sessions may also be offered.
